U jeku borbe za prostor DAH Teatar vredno je radio na novoj predstavi „Možda sanjati“. Insert iz predstave premijerno je prikazan na prestižnoj pozorišnoj konferenciji TCG Theatre Conference u Čikagu u martu ove godine, a beogradska premijera bila je u oktobru.
Ovo decembrarsko izvođenje (21.12) posebno je važno jer je verovatno poslednje koje će se odigrati u prostoru DAH Teatra u Marulićevoj 8 u kome DAH Teatar stvara od 2003.
Šta se dogodi kada se karakter iz predstave „Snovi i prepreke“ zavrti, i u tom okretu obre u novoj predstavi „Možda sanjati“?
Taj „spin-off“ dovodi do novih prizora koji postavljaju pitanja o smislu odlaska iz sopstvene zemlje, o životu u umetnosti, o mogućnosti ili nemogućnosti izbora, o vrednosti sopstvenog sna.
Mlada žena svakoga dana, na putu do svog pozorišta, sreće čoveka koji na ulici, okružen otpakovanim ruksakom i instrumentima, ogrnut ćebetom sa egzotičnom šarom, svira. Oni ne dele maternji jezik, ali dele drugačije jezike koji se prostiru van govora. Ona mu priča, ili samo zamišlja da mu priča, priču svog života. On joj odgovara muzikom. Oni pokušavaju da nađu smisao svojih životnih izbora u svetu gde su ljudi prisiljeni da napuste svoje domove da bi se spasli, u kome je nekada najvažnije slediti nit šekspirovskog snivanja.
What happens when the character from the performance Dreams and Obstacles whirls around and around, only to find herself in the new performance Perchance to Dream? That spin-off of the character leads to new images that question leaving one’s own country, the life in art, the possibility or impossibility of the choice, and the value of the dream.
Every day, on her way to her theatre, a young woman meets a man. Surrounded by his unpacked backpack and his instruments, a blanket with exotic ornaments draped over his shoulders, he plays. They do not share their mother tongue, but they share different languages that transcend speech. She tells him, or imagines to tell him, the story of her life. He replies with his music. They try to find the sense of their life choices in a world where people are forced to abandon their countries in order to save themselves, in a world where sometimes, it is more important to follow the thread of Shakespearian dreaming.
